Please be aware that this property rents out for between USD1150 to USD2500 per night depending on season and is fully staffed so please only offer properties of suitable and similar value and we currently have no interest in point swaps .This villa was designed by the renowned architect who did the Four Season's Hotel in Chiang Mai and is easily one of the best located and staffed true beach front villas in Phuket ,it comes fully staffed all year around with 8 people including a professional villa manager who is a licensed guide ,excellent cook ,maids and a gardener /pool cleaner ...full details on www.villaphuket.com ...The location of this villa is simply unbeatable as a short walk to the beach , shops and a good supermarket along with plenty of different restaurants and all the beach activities are simply right there on your doorstep and the beach is safe all year around which cannot be said of many other beaches in Phuket ...!

Pls only make swap suggestions with properties of similar status ,also pls bear in mind that my properties are fully staffed aL year around and include villa manager , cook and maids so that unless you are offering a property of the same standard I may need to charge extra if a swap is agreed on points basis which I only do on a case by case basis.Also swaps over Xmas and New Year and other prime times would only be of interest with a similar standards product at prime time as well
