The Guest Wing of Baan Ling comprises of "Room with a View" and the "Garden Room". It is part of Railei Beach Club, a community of privately owned homes. It is located on half of the magnificent west beach of the Railay peninsula over a land of 7 hectares - 17 acres. All restaurants, bars, shops on the peninsula are just a few minutes’ walk away and at night we operate a great cosy bar facing sunset and the beach and serving you the best cocktails : “The Sunset Bar.”

The upstairs Guest Wing “Room with a View” is conveniently located in the middle of nature surrounded by trees, flowers, orchids and bamboo with wide open views and plenty of deck space. The main room is beautifully appointed with traditional Thai style furnishings, lots of Thai cushions and interesting local decor. Comfortable king size bed, traditional teak chairs and lots of amenities. A granite counter wet bar on the deck with a sink, electric hot water kettle, coffee, tea and lots of other items you may need during your stay. Also for your use is a mini refrigerator, electronic safe, full size closet, books to read, a flat screen to view the drawers full of dvds. Wake up to the view of Thai Wan Wall (the large mountain at the south end of Railay Beach). Bathed in sunrise colors outside the sliding glass doors, opening up onto the large wrap-around private deck with comfortable teak custom made deck chairs and Thai sun umbrella. The deck looks out over a wide open garden space all the way to the sea. The bathroom has a custom made waterfall shower with sensational views of the entire wall of mountains behind our community. There is a walk-in closet to hang and store your belongings. "Room with a View" can be rented alone or with the "Garden Room" downstairs. The downstairs "Garden Room” is nicely furnished with most everything you would need. Custom made teak king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a modern bathroom with western toilet and a traditional Thai water jar. Amenities include granite counter wet bar located on the front deck with a sink, electric hot water kettle, coffee, tea, etc. Hot water shower, mini refrigerator, walk in closet, electronic safe. For your resting pleasure two comfortable lounge deck chairs that are situated so that you have a beautiful view looking out through the gardens to the sea. There is also a hammock, beach mats & umbrellas for your use whether it is sunny or having a tropical rain. This is a beautiful spot surrounded by lush gardens and creative lighting.

Railei Beach Club has an office onsite (open from 8am - 6pm (high season), 8am - 5pm (low season) and Baan Ling Guest Wing has daily light housekeeping, gardeners and security staff. These services are provided with the property to make your stay more comfortable and as per the community rules there is a charge of 250 baht per person per night which you can pay directly to the office. Once your booking has been confirmed with us we will put you in touch with the office. They can then assist in arranging your transport or any other information you may need.
