About our home

New Sedona-style house built in 2020 surrounds 5m x 12m swimming pool with gardens and flowers throughout. The home has extensive patios, Italian tile floors indoors, high ceilings, teak doors, sliding doors with screens everywhere, and AC and fiber-optic wifi in every room. There are two large QLED TVs with Netflix and thousands of global TV stations. Master bathroom is 5m x 5m with 2 person jacuzzi tub, marble tile, large shower, double sinks, next to walk-in closet and connected to master bedroom that leads to huge atrium with patio sofas, table for 6, fridge, and sink PLUS tread mill, stationary bicycle, and weight machine. Great room includes a dining area and pool table. The 2 car garage has a washer and dryer, 2 bicycles, and a Nissan X -Trail. Our home is located in a quiet gated community of 20 homes of expat families with security, maid, garden, and pool service 2-3 times per week.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our community is in a quiet rural area, but we are only a 15 minute drive from central Pattaya, hospitals, malls, cinemas, and the beach. We are also 90 minutes from downtown Bangkok, and 70 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport. Our home is near a lake with a 10km biking and jogging path, parks, and restaurants. There are many golf courses, including Siam Country Club's 4 courses and a driving range, within 10km.
