About our home

Our house is called YAZ EVI which means Summer House in Turkish. Its name is after our little daughter Yaz. We renovated the whole building with the interiors in 2016. It has a coastal home/french country style. Our house is a combination of 2 houses with 3 bedrooms, 1 open plan kitchen (mint green smeg apliances, ralph lauren curtains) living room with a norvegian stove, 1 study, 1 library lounge with an antique stove and a small kitchenette. It looks like a spacious luxry cottage. We have a good movie collection in English and a very rich library.
Our back garden is pretty during summer time where you can have barbecue and listen music, open air cinema (we have the system) since our stone walls are 2 m hight and gives us privacy and sound proof:)
Our house is 5 min walk to the seaside, where you can swim in the middle of the town with castle view.. 10 min drive to other beaches, 40 min Bergomon, 45 min to Izmir city center, 2 hours to Ephesus.
There is an English (MarkWarner/previously Sunsail/Neilson) sailing club and hotel 10 min drive away.
EskiFoça is a historical fisherman town, it was known as Phokaia. Phokaians were the people who colonized Marsei and thought French people how to make wine.
We can provide a maid for free (2 days a week) and an Opel Insignia diesel automatic car to get around...
