At a 3-4 minutes drive away from a 7 km long beach, which is called konyaalti beach, our home has 3 Bedrooms and one reception room , separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, one is quite spacious with table and chairs and a sun lounger.
Closed kitchen prevents cooking smell not to spread throughout the flat. There is intercom with a camera and you can use the free hammam and sauna in the compound. Off road Parking is free and you always find a place. The compound also benefits from a huge pool with umbrellas and sun loungers on a well-cared green area with a children's park and a table tennis. The compound is closed and the entrance is enabled through a door that is opened by a chipped key.

You can also close the blinds at night and fall into a comfortable sleep. The flat has a humidifier too, in case you feel dry because of the air conditioning.

Every evening except Saturday, garbage is collected from your door.
The apartment is cleaned once a month. Parking is free!
There are 4 tesco-like shops within 2-3 minutes walking distance!

5 air conditioners, gas for heating and hot water, TV Samsung Q7, 55 ^. Netflix, toaster, waffle maker, juicer, blender, mixer, dishwasher, washing machine and all appliances you could possibly need.
