Apartment on the Costline with Wonderful Bay View

A spacious apartment (110 sqm) with a wonderful view looking over the Izmir Bay. We have a large living room, plus two big rooms, one small room and one bathroom. There is a balcony which has a wonderful sunset view throughout the year and one other small balcony at the back looking over the main street.

The apartment is situated at the center of Izmir. The long seaside walkway, which is right in front of our apartment building, is really refreshing for early morning jogging and great for running and cycling.

The famous holiday and sea resorts Cesme is only 40 minutes away by car. Other holiday and touristic attractions: Foca 45 mins, Ephesus 50 mins, Kusadasi is 1 hr, and Bodrum is 3 hrs away by car... Also, Izmir's night life center and restaurants with great sea food is only 15 minutes away with the tram. The public transport is convenient and very frequent and as the apartment is centrally based any distance within the downtown is easily reachable by taxi anyway.

There is a weekly cleaning and cooking service available if you choose to have it.

We own a car and would be happy swap it with yours as well. With a car, you can easily visit the nearby beaches.
