About our home

Located in the Arnavutkoy district of Istanbul the flat can sleep four people comfortably. It has got three rooms, but only one of them is used as a bedroom, which has a king size bed. All the same, large couches in the sitting room can also be used as divan beds. Another single bed can be added in the study if needed. Both building and the flat itself are spectacular - high ceilings, marble staircases, original hardwood floors, etc. All rooms have plenty of light. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a large bathroom. The flat looks down the Bosphorus, so it has plenty of natural cool air. There is wireless internet in the flat.

The large living room and a balcony have a stunning view of the Bosphorus.

The flat is in a very central location. Few minutes from bus stops and very close to trendy restaurants, bars and shopping malls of Etiler.

Located on the European shores of the Bosphorus between Kurucesme and Akintiburnu, Arnavutkoy is one of the most important historic villages of Istanbul, which has always had multi-ethnic population since Greek community firstly inhabited it in the 4th Century. Although modernization movement in cities influenced thiss suburban neighbourhood, it succeeded to retain its architectural and historic fabric to a large extent.

Another point that makes Arnavutkoy remarkable is that it used to be famous for its fragrant strawberry, woods, orchards and marked gardens in the past. However it is still one of the greenest places on the Bosphorus with a picturesque atmosphere with its architectural and historic fabric such as Yalis and churches.İt is one of the oldest neigbourhood in İstanbul.

Newly renovated home with modern but comfortable furnishings. Central heating . 3 bedrooms - one with king size bed, one single and one currently used as a study room. Fully intergrated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. two major supermarkets within 2-3 minutes walk just downstairs of apartmanet. Very quite street with lovely neighbours.
