About our home

Our home's design was inspired by the neo-classical design of houses found on the nearby island of Symi, Greece. It is set on three floors with the top floor holding the main bedroom and two single rooms, along with a shared bathroom. The middle floor, is accessed up two steps from the courtyard and has a central foyer from which to access the kitchen, dining room and sunken lounge room. Downstairs, there's a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a second bathroom and a large rumpus room, which doubles as an extra bedroom with sofa bed.

Our house is cute and compact with loads of great amenities - as you would find in an expat's home! - and wonderful views from the windows. In the air, is the fresh, clean smell of pine and our garden is full of bougainvillea, jasmine and honeysuckle.

Each of the houses in our community has a similar design, with our house having a red jasper wall and a private garden. The community has a swimming pool and a service bus running into town every 15 minutes.
