About our home

Located in the most central part of Istanbul, in between Taksim and Kabatas quay (european side), our 200 m² flat boasts 2 terraces on the Bosphorus and 3 on a private garden. The flat is a duplex located on the 2nd and 3d floor (which is also the upper floor of the building), accessible by lift with secured entrance and house keeper.

The flat possess top-of the-range fittings including microwave, oven, four burner hob, washing machine, dishwasher and water dispenser. One of the four double bedroom has an ensuite shower. Two further bedrooms have double beds each. The fourth one have a single bed. The family bedroom has a big terrace. The double living room is equiped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, computers, and gives access to a terrace.

It is possible to relax on any of the terraces using the Wifi, whilst watching the everlasting ballet of both liners and local ferries pass by, with uninterrupted sea views of the Bosphorus and Asia. The flat is right in front of the Istanbul iconic Maiden's tower, while on the right side are located Topkapi, Agia Sophia, and the blue mosque, whose views are unbeatable.

Up the street - 10 mns walk - is Taksim square. Down the street - 4 mns walk - is Kabatas quay where boats are leaving for:
- Asian side of the city (Usküdar, Kadiköy, Bostanci)
- Bosphorus cruises
- Princess islands
- Golden horn cruises
- and hydrofoils will even take you to the city of Bursa.
From Kabatas, there is also a tramway stop for Sultanahmet district, and the funicular will take you up to Taksim (for those who do not feel walking uphill) in 5 mns. All the buses passing by are running alongside the Bosphorus. There is also a taxi stand in Kabatas.

To put it in a nutshell, you won't find a better location (and hardly a better view in Istanbul).
