Majestic View Aegean style!

Superb seaside villa with adjacent shared pool and stunning sea and mountain views. 3 beaches within 10 minute walk and superb Turkish resort including state of the art new marina including billionaire's club & some of the best restaurants & shopping in Turkey only 1 mile away. The villa is split into 3 levels. The top 2 comprise three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including one en-suite, kitchen-diner living room plus 2 balconies (this is the part available to swappers). The ground floor is a one bedroom flat which the wife (Maura) and I use (we tend to only be in residence in May-June and Sept -November)
We are a youngish retired couple who like traveling but appreciate home comforts. We have a home in S. Bucks, England where we spend half our time and the rest is spent either at the villa in Turkey or at Maura's apartment in Genoa, Italy. We would love to visit other places in the UK and particularly on the south coast (New Forest, Dorset and Devon) but also other parts of the world including the USA , New Zealand and Australia but only if we can stay for a minimum of 1 month to those far off places (hate the long plane trips!) We love cats so would be happy to feed and cuddle if required.
