About our home

Our home is a recently built, large and airy, fully air-conditioned, 4-5 bedroom (the 5th is a large downstairs study with bed) semi-detached villa on a beautifully manicured community complex. The community pool is just round the corner (2min walk) and has a large pool with loungers, and a sun-shaded pool for small children. Play park, tennis court and beach volleyball court all next to the pool. Small mall nearby (10min walk) with supermarket, restaurant, coffee shop, doctors/dentist, dry cleaners, toy shop etc etc. We are a 15 min taxi ride to centre of Dubai (40 AED/ 7 GBP), 1hour to Abu Dhabi, 25 min to Sharjah. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 en-suite), and downstairs has a kitchen-diner, open plan playroom / living room, and a separate study/bedroom, spacious toilet, and a small en-suite maids room. There are plenty of toys for young children, high chair, buggy, travel cot. There is a tv with cable, wifi, DVD player, Apple TV box, some board games, swimming toys, etc. 2 Pajero cars which could potentially be included in swap.
