About our home

Our villa has 4 en suite bedrooms, a separate kitchen, lounge and playroom. Within 3 minutes walk you have access to the best beach in the UAE, Saadiyat Beach. Within 5 minutes drive there is a Waitrose, Starbucks, cafe and ladies spa. On site there is a gym, swimming pool, multiple playgrounds and a tennis court. It is a very family friendly neighbourhood.

  1. We are a family of 5 (3 children ages 8, 5 and 2).

  2. We have lived in Abu Dhabi for 4 years; my husband works in finance and I work at a start up.

Neighbourhood

We live on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, which is the culture district. We 10 minutes drive to Louvre Abu Dhabi, 10 minutes walk to Waitrose, 15 minutes walk to the most beautiful beach in Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat Beach) and brilliant on site facilities (gym, pool, tennis courts and playgrounds).

Buzzy restaurants
Little Mexico & Circle cafe are both within walking distance. Al Maryah island has the best restaurants in the city (La Petit Maison, Sushi 99, Nurs Et and Zuma to name a few).
