About our home

The Annexe is a modern extension to an old stone cottage situated in the Welsh goldmining area of Bontddu. It has French doors opening onto to a patio and garden and its own private entrance. There are panoramic mountain views and beautiful wild walks from the doorstep, historic towns, castles and beaches a short drive away. The ferry to Ireland is not too far away and there are many wonderful mountains and little railways in the area. Underfloor heating keeps the Annexe cosy in the autumn and winter. Perfect for two but it is possible to accommodate another couple or the kids at a push.
