About our home

Our 3 bedroom coastal retreat is just a short drive or 5 min bike ride to Beadnell Bay and within striking distance of some of the best beaches in the UK. Our bolthole will give you some peace and quiet and the chance to explore this little known coastline within an hours drive of Newcastle and an hour and half of Edinburgh

  1. I am a single professional with two daughters, Polly aged 22 and Phoebe aged 19. We often holiday with friends or bring other members of our family along. I often do big solo trips, meeting up with friends etc and have just done a great 2 month trip round Austrailia, Vietnam and Cambodia staying in some lovely swap houses. Next trip Isreal in August

Fiona, interior stylist, property developer & owner of Coastal Retreats self catering cottage collection ( I have a 3 bedroom house on the Northumberland Coast nr Beadnell (Nook End) that I use for swaps and also a 2 bedroom apartment in Seahouses, also on the Northumberland Coast (The Beach Pad)

  3. I love design, architecture, travel and good food. I love ski and beach holidays, walking the dog and planning my big trips. Phoebe is sport mad and Polly loves music and shopping! We're into music, festivals, good coffee, trying new foods, vintage shopping, keeping fit and healthy, the great outdoors.....
