About our home

Our unique home on the English Riviera is just a short stroll from Torquay's main beach, the town centre and the nightlife of pubs, clubs and restaurants around the harbourside.
The main living area features a large open plan living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen, with extensive views of the secluded large garden. The ground floor also boasts a large bathroom complete with extra wide bath, shower and built-in sound system alongside a bedroom which may benefit someone who finds too many stairs a challenge.
Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, each with garden views, one featuring an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC.
Outside the property, there is ample off road parking to the front of the house whilst in the garden, there is an over-sized trampoline with safety netting, a summer house with a six seater hot tub and sound system, a gymnasium complete with multi-gym, treadmill, spinning bike plus various other exercise equipment, flat lawn with a goal, plus various trees and shrubs.
