We are looking for a direct swap or points swap this summer in Portugal and France and would love to travel further abroad once we are able to!
We have a five bedroom victorian house. in a great part of London. Each bedroom has a double bed, one of which is an office/study, there is also a double reception room, eat in kitchen for cooking with all the amenities and a small garden. Our youngest member is 6 years old so we are also very kid friendly with all the things which come with this.
We are walking distance from many cafes and stellar restaurants in both trendy Peckham and Camberwell. Easy trains to Victoria (10 mins), Southbank (12mins), Shoreditch (20 mins), London Bridge (12 mins), Islington and beyond. Doorstep busses to Brixton (food), Oxford Circus (shopping), Southbank (arts & the Tate).
“I enjoyed my stay at Kathryn's home and she was very easy to work with. Beautiful brand new kitchen, spacious rooms, fast internet, convenient appliances. The location is quiet, very peaceful, and only a 10 minute walk to the overground train. Highly recommend. ”
“Amazing victorian house in South London, well decorated and very comfortable. We loved the kitchen so much that we spent most of our time in the house there ! The house is situated in a residential neighbourhood, a nice area with a little park very nearby. Cafés, restaurants, bars all within a 5 minute walk, super practical . We would definitely come back to this house, though probably after our daughter is no longer a baby/toddler - because the house is split over 5 floors, it was sometimes tricky to keep track of her crawling & climbing, since there were no safety barriers (understandibly). We knew this before coming, so wasn't a surprise. Kathryn was great and super helpful in every way.Thanks Kathryn & family ! ”

We work from home and are pretty flexible about travel, apart from our sons school terms We love to hang out in other cities for a while and have done a number of house swaps now.
David is a writer and designer and Kathryn is a psychotherapist.
We love to do short swaps throughout the year and longer swaps in the summer months.
Our house is located right in between Peckham and Camberwell in South London, which is a 10 min walk in either direction. Close to many amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, lovely parks, and a trendy art scene it's an ideal location to see the real London. There are also close overground trains with quick direct links to London Bridge/Victoria/Shoreditch etc. But with so much going on locally it's hard to see why you would want to go anywhere else!
