About our home

A large, 5 bedroom private house with driveway, garden and adjoining private park. This is a very new and modern townhouse, built in 2014 to a very high spec inside and out. Situated in the leafy, upmarket inner suburb of Murrayfield, the house is only 15 minutes from the city centre by bus.
The accommodation comprises a large open plan kitchen/dining/living space with full length glass doors leading out into the garden. There is also a large utility room and toilet on the ground floor.
On the upper levels there are 4 double bedrooms available for home swappers. 3 of these have double beds and one has a single bed with pull out trundle. There is also a luxurious lounge room with a gas fire.
Both living spaces have large internet-connected TVs, with satellite TV including all sports channels.
At the end of the garden here is a children's play room with a door leading into the private park, which is for the exclusive use of residents.

Where is it?

Murrayfield is home to the famous Murrayfield international rugby stadium. It is a very classy leafy, inner suburb and one of Edinburgh's most desirable and exclusive residential neighbourhoods.
It is very much part of central Edinburgh life. In front of our residential development there is a bus route with a large selection of buses stopping every few minutes. The ride into the city centre takes about 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day.
We are a few minutes away from some fantastic walks, including the stunning Corstorphine Hill and the Water of Leith.
The location is a perfect mixture of a quiet, luxurious, residential neighbourhood thats very close to all the shops and bars. The house itself is set far back from the main road so it is very quiet and peaceful.
The private park provides an ideal safe space for children to play and for adults to relax. The neighbours are all professional families or retired professional couples. As a private residential development there is a nice community spirit on the street and a lovely friendly local atmosphere amongst the neighbours.
