About our home

Our charming home is situated overlooking the sea in a working fishing village down a dead-end lane on the coast between the exclusive sailing towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth in South Devon. Decorated in contemporary style you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
We have an excellent pub in the village specialising in seafood. There is also a small cafe/shop selling fish fresh caught and landed on our own beach. Our home is set in a lovely garden overlooking the sea. We have a master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and a small single. There is a separate wet room with shower. The village is very small and quiet. You walk out of our gate and within a hundred yards you are on the green next to the sea. There is a newly installed playground on the green with a variety of equipment. It is only a short walk to the cafe shack and the inn along the only (virtually traffic-free) lane.
It is delightful to sit on the upper terrace on summer evenings with your wine and watch the yachts sailing by.
A double kayak is available for your use. Also we have wet suits and beach shoes in most sizes

  2. We love beautiful places and things. We have homes in Devon and La Palma and love them both. We love the sea, culture and the countryside. We would prefer somewhere warm but try us. We could be persuaded.
