About our home

A modest 3 bedroom family home with wonderful views over Cornish Countryside. The living space is cosy with good sized bedrooms. This is a standard home equipped to suit a small family with young children as I have lots of play equipment and children's books and movies.

More about us

I'm Sophie. I work online and therefore can work from anywhere I can get a broadband connection. I am interested in working in different surroundings. I have a well behaved 5 year old daughter who would come with me, along with another adult. This could either be over the school holiday periods for a couple of weeks or so, either as a holiday or to check an area out in case I consider it an area I would like to move to more permanently.
I would also consider a 9 month school year in which case I would like to be able to have my daughter attend a local school during the swap.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Bodmin is a small historical town with a friendly close community. Bodmin is in the Centre of Cornwall so all parts of Cornwall can be visited on a day trip. We are also close to Plymouth and Exeter in Devon.

We are next to Bodmin Moor great for Hiking, Newquay for surfing, Falmouth for Sailing and there are many many riding stables and cycle trails. We are 9 miles from a beach both North and South. There is so much to see and do for the outdoor types. A haven for young children.

Cornwall is the most unspoilt part in the most South West of England. Famous for our rolling hills, varied abundant coastline, slow pace of life, cornish pasties and clotted cream (not served together).
