About our home

We renovated our cottage 18 months ago, just in time for the birth of our little girl!
Originally a basket factory we have taken it back to it's original open plan design and our living space is on the first floor to maximise the magnificent views across the village, great field, (mentioned in the doomsday book) estuary and beyond to the wilds of exmoor.
As we are a 5 minute drive from the beach we have a practical house with wooden floors, underfloor heating and a large wet room.
We are in the process of finishing the landscaping of our terraced south facing garden complete with 2 decks. 1 with views of the beach and the headland of Hartland point.
We have 2 double bedrooms (also with views) and a nursery with a cot which could be changed to a cot bed/single bed on request.
Within close reach are 3 world class surfing beaches, chocolate box devon villages, fantastic coastal walking and great pubs and restaurants are only a short walk away.
