About our home

(Please message us if you are interested in a points swap as Sandra and I spend a lot of time travelling and sometimes the callander doesn't reflect this).

Our home is in a tree lined street just off the historic Southwick Green. The green itself hosts traditionall fairs and cricket game events on some Saturday mornings and summer evenings. Part of the area is built on Roman remains and there is an 11th century beautiful church (St. Juliens) very close by.

The rooms are modern, light and airy - decorated to a high standard. There is a spacious living room with flat screen TV/DVD with Netflix and a sat receiver. There is a Roland piano to be used with love. The home is gas central heated with a fluless gas fire in the lounge for cosy winter nights. The kitchen has integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a microwave and coffee maker. The dining room has seating for 6 people.

On the 1st floor there is a large master bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite and a large family bathroom which includes a free-standing bath and generous shower. The 2nd floor is the loft room with either a super-king bed or 2 comfy single beds (depending on your needs). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and bluray DVD as well as a dab radio alarm clock.

The back garden is 80ft long approx and has a table/chairs/parasol.
