About our home

A beautiful renovated cottage close to the heart of Salisbury - a cosy, quiet, city retreat, ideal for short breaks, long stays and business trips. The cottage is set in the grounds behind the owners' home - there is a joint entrance leading to a private courtyard for guests. Just minutes from the railway station and close to all city amenities.

The kitchen is set up for anyone who would like to cook with all the pans and utensils you need, including herbs and spices, salt pepper and olive oil. We also provide a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom has a rain shower, a hand held shower and a good size bath and lots of storage space for your cosmetics. Hot water is instant so no need to worry about setting any timers.

It is so important for us to provide a homely space and we may be hand to help with whatever we can, to enable guests to have a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Please note parking is not available on site (unless we are away). It is very easy to get to and from your space and only a moments walk, without crossing any main road. The postcode for the church parking is SP2 7AG and there is always a space available for you.

Neighbourhood

Salisbury has been voted best place to live in the UK.

Our little cottage was part of an old pub, we remodelled and renovated the pub into our home and separated the cottage at the back as a guest house. The cottage is tucked away at the back so it's very quiet (a hidden gem) and very close to the city centre (about 5 minutes walk). The train station is only a few minutes walk and there is a Stonehenge bus tour from there too.

We have so many take aways and restaurants near by, you will be spoilt for choice and you can have whatever you feel in the mood for.
