Our Victorian home was built in the late 1900s, recently renovated and extended featuring high ceilings, large south facing rooms flooded with light and stunning views over the river Tamar and beautiful rural valley. The property has been finished to a very high standard including an exceptional fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, Belling range double oven and superb atrium set in the ceiling that floods the kitchen with light. The open plan dining area is perfect for entertaining and relaxing while the spacious sitting room with wood burner, marble fireplace and patio doors offers spectacular panoramic views across the valley and down the Tamar river. The cozy conservatory is perfect for reading or just soaking up the river views. On the first floor two of the three double bedrooms offer full en-suite facilities, and a family bathroom. There is a cloakroom downstairs and second lounge area for more casual relaxing.
Outside, the expansive split level patio areas take in the wonderful views across the valley and down the length of the river and iconic viaduct.
