About our home
Leafy, liberal, arty Crouch End
Close to central London, we are surrounded by greenery, with a park less than five minutes walk away including tennis courts and children’s play area, and with a friendly outdoor cafe serving good coffee and snacks. Loads of other places with access greenery, outdoor pools; great food, cafes, boutiques, etc.
Clean and quiet street; three-bedroomed apartment occupying the upper floors of a large converted late-Victorian terraced house.
Short bus ride (6-7 minutes) or 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park, from where it is a four-minute subway ride to King's Cross St Pancras, eight minutes to Oxford Circus, etc. For Shoreditch and East London, walk to Harringay station and get off at Old Street.
If you have children, we have a high chair, cot and toys, etc.

“Lovely clean and comfortable apartment in a very quiet area. Great public transport links and never had to wait more than 1 minute for a bus or tube train. It took just 25 minutes by bus and tube to get from the apartment to Oxford Street so great for visiting London. Crouch End is a lovely leafy area with quirky shops and plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Dominic provided us with lots of information and guide books to get the most from our stay and I would definitely recommend his lovely home. ”
“The bus and tube routes to central London were relatively speedy and we were able to park right outside Dominic’s house, perhaps because it was a bank holiday weekend, so it was very convenient for us. Not only did we visit museums and galleries in the centre we really enjoyed a short bus journey to Hampstead Heath and a visit to Highgate east cemetery with a conducted tour by a volunteer. Stroud Green and Crouch End are full of interesting, reasonable priced restaurants. We chose an Italian and a Vietnamese, both excellent. Thank you Dominic and Sarah.”
“Had a lovely time at Dominics' home, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Dominic provided clear instructions and useful tips on the local area. We visited the Natural History Museum (which our 3 year old loved!) and used the open top bus (2 for 1 price if you get to London using the train). Locally, we visited Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park and a local park with a great play area for the kids. Coffee in the Brick and Olive cafe was lovely (again- excellent for little kids as they have lots of toys to play with) crouch end had some great shops to have a look around too. We had a brilliant time- an excellent base to explore from!”
“Lovely guests - left the house very clean and tidy”
