About our home

The perfect location, set in glorious countryside but only a mile outside the very popular tourist town of Dartmouth on the beautiful Dart estuary and within a mile of our gorgeous local beaches. Our charming annexe is self contained next to our main house and has its own front door. It's been recently refurbished and is luxuriously comfortable - wonderful to stay in both in the summer or winter. There are two very large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a third bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, delightful cosy sitting room and dining room with little wood burner, wifi, large tv, etc. It would suit one or two couples and is not suitable for children or pets. Guests are welcome to use the lovely garden, huge terrace with barbecue and magical fire pit at the bottom of the garden to watch the sun go down in the evenings.
