We are a retired couple in our 70's. John was a Royal Marine Officer and later a school burser and I was an office Manager / Administrator. We both love to travel and are taking full advantage of our retirement to see and do as much as possible. We are both sun, sea and sand lovers and spend as much of each winter as possible in warmer climes. I lived for many years in South Africa and have many family members in Cape Town, hence our request for a South African exchange. January and part February 2012 we are spending in Fremantle in Australia and will be three weeks in America June / July 2012.
We are both home lovers and keen gardeners, well, I am keen and John just goes along with it! We have an extended family throughout the world, here in the UK, South Africa and the USA.
If we are succesful in obtaining an exchange home in Cape Town we would like it to have at least two bedrooms so that we can have family members to stay occasionally.
