The house dates from 1910 and is spacious and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, dining-room, lounge, drawing room, upstairs study, garden room and garden. The street is quiet and within a convenient 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) from the ancient walled Roman city of Chester with cobbled streets and unique shopping in the Tudor Rows. The city is small and attractive with hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful cathedral and the Tudor Rows are fascinating old buildings to spend time shopping in.
We are a mature couple and this Easter we wish to travel with two of our grown-up children.
Paul is a lecturer at the university .Jane teaches deaf students.
We have three grown-up children, who are at college and away at university. We also have a dog and love walking with her. The dog will go to another family member and would not be at the house.
