About our home

Our house dates from 1900, but has a 9m square contemporary kitchen dinner added last year. We have a baby grand piano, and for the children a games room with a snooker table, table football, Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360 and a punch bag.

We have a large garden with a gas barbecue, a swing from our large willow tree, and a large trampoline. There is parking on the drive for 7 cars.

Chester is a bustling culture filled city, alive with tourists, and has the second busiest shopping street in the UK. Snowdonia is approximately 90mins away, as is the lake district. There are beaches 30minutes away on the Wirral and in North Wales.

It has the oldest racecourse in the country, with the following events this year:
29th June - Ladies Evening
30th June Midsummer meeting
13th July - Ladies and Gents Evening
14th July - ChesterBET City Plate Day
5th August Family fun day
18th August ChesterBET Summer Festival

Liverpool and Manchester are both about 40 mins away by car, and both have good rail links. London is 2 hours away by train.
