We live in a beautiful, small village about 2 miles to the East of the historic city of Chichester on the South coast of England. Transport links to the UK and Europe are very good with Gatwick and Southampton airports both less than an hour away. Chichester is on the main line to London.

We have 2 double bedrooms and a good sized children's bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with a good shower. There is an additional WC. The garden is very private and secure at the front and the back.We also have a caravan next to the house, which has 2 double beds, which can be used if you need extra space. There is a pub / restaurant 2 minutes on foot.
Nous avons 3 chambres, dont 2 sont grandes et l'autre est plus petite. Dans la salle de bains il y a un bain et une douche. Le jardin est très privé et en sécurité. Nous avons également une caravane à côté de la maison avec deux grands lits au cas où on en a besoin. Il y a un pub / restaurant à 2 minutes à pied.
Chichester is a historic cathedral town. It has a pedestrianised town centre with a variety of shops (usual retail chains, department store and many independent shops.
The town also offers the highly acclaimed Festival Theatre. Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Races. Dining out in Chichester caters for a wide variety of tastes and budgets.. There are also some fantastic pubs in and around Chichester.
There are several beaches close by but our favourite is West Wittering which is regularly voted one of the top ten beaches of the UK. There are opportunities for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing. The South Downs has recently been given National Park status and offers extensive opportunities for walking and cycling and cream teas and is very close by.
There are many other picturesque villages and towns close by. Bosham is a charming old fishing village with historic links to the Battle of Hastings and is represented on the Bayeux Tapestry. Arundel Castle is a must see. Portsmouth is 20 minutes away and has much to offer, including Spinnaker Tower, HMS Victory and the Maritime Museum, a Sea life Centre and much more. The very popular town of Brighton is an hour to the east.
