About our home

My home has recently been modernised, is very comfortable and I have great neighbours. Chichester is a small town surrounded by a Roman wall and my garden backs on to this. The town is mostly car-free, has a great theatre, art gallery, cinemas and restaurants. It is 1.40 minutes from London by train, 3 hours by ferry to France. Within the area is Goodwood motor racing circuit and horse racing. Chichester Festival Theatre is excellent and five minutes walk from my house. As the English Channel is a mile away there are beautiful small villages and harbours for sailing. The house has two bedrooms, one double with a shower room and a twin room with full bath & shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer and has French doors to the garden. This area has table, chairs and umbrella. The living room has a large dining table at one end. There are lots of books, TV with DVD player and a CD player with plenty of cd's. There is parking outside the house for owners and visitors only.
