About our home

An old but beautifully refurbished cottage on the water's edge in the quaint village of Bosham, near Chichester, West Sussex. Half an hour from Portsmouth (Hampshire). The sea comes up to the house twice a day. (Beware when parking your car - we have a ramp up which you can park a normal sized car). You can paddle right outside the cottage on the Shore Road and launch a dinghy right outside.

3 double bedrooms, 1 single. NB. just one family bathroom.
Farmhouse kitchen with wood burning stove - open plan to dining room (seats 6) and also to sitting room with bay window facing the harbour. Study also faces harbour.

You can see the harbour from every room in the house except the bathroom!

Small sunny walled rear garden. West facing terrace for sun-downers facing the sea in the evenings.

Kitchen has Aga for cooking as well as 2 burner gas hob; fridge, deep freeze, dishwasher & washing machine.

2 good sandy beaches are within 30-40 mins drive. B
