The Penthouse - Top Floor of a Georgian townhouse

“The apartment and its location were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Timothy was very responsive and helpful. I would even return again. However, we felt VERY fortunate that we are in good shape, and could handle all the stairs with our luggage. It should probably be noted and highlighted in the property description that this is a 5th floor property with no elevator. We were not aware of that fact when we booked. While we were fine, we couldn't help but wonder what would happen if someone had issues with their knees or hips!? Betsy and Pat Host's response: "It was great to welcome Betsy and Pat to Brock Street from California and I am delighted that they enjoyed their stay (and that they are open to returning). Feedback noted on access, and the listing has since been amended accordingly. The property is on the 3rd floor (not 5th as suggested)."”

“Tim kindly let my sister stay in his apartment and her comments were; “Myself, husband and daughters stayed in Tim’s apartment. Accommodation was perfect for us . We arrived late Friday and a movie was being filmed at the end of the road which was quite exciting . In the morning we strolled into Bath city centre, a short walk in the sunshine with beautiful scenery. Parking was easy, we parked outside apartment in the evening moved to a nearby car park in the day .The reason for our stay was a family party. Plenty of space for getting ready and a full length mirror which is always handy with three ladies getting ready .”
