“I'm just back from a glorious week in Witney enjoying the peace and quiet of the country setting. Marion and Phillipe have a lovely comfortable home with an amazing garden and views across a meadow containing grazing bullocks, with horses a little further up the field. Foxes, bats, herons and birds of prey were also spotted. We visited Burford, Stroud and Oxford and found the property to be well situated for an exploration of both Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. Thankyou Marion for welcoming us into your home; we had a great time!”

“Location was great. The town is very nice. ”
“We spent one nice week in Marion's house. We had a very warm welcome and the communication was very easy and friendly. The house is clean and very agreeable with all what is necessary to spend good time. The view on the meadow is fantastic and quite relaxing. We really recommend this swap.”
“We enjoyed Witney and the surrounding areas. Blenheim Palace is close by and well worth a visit. The lovely Cotswolds are also close by. A car is needed to access all these areas. ”
“We stayed for a week in Marion and Phil's house. We enjoyed very much. Theirs home Is nice, sunny, clean etc. It has a nice garden full of flowers and a big kitchen where my family and I could seated all together. Every days in the afternoon from the living room, we could see the horses running through the meadows, it was great!!. The location was perfect, there was a nice walk of 10' to the nice city of Witney, where we could enjoyed its nice pubs, restaurants and terraces. Marion and Phil were all the time perfect hostess. They explained to us all about their home. They lend us one of their cars, so we could travel along the beautiful Oxfordshire. Many thanks Marion and Phil, we are so grateful. We won't never forget the delicious week we spent in your nice home. We wish to see you again in a future, you will be always well come to our home. Love, Jose and Pepa”
“We spent 10 days in Witney at Marion and Phil's home which is full of their interests, hobbies and family. We had everything we needed in the well equipped and large kitchen, ate our meals in the outdoor garden room and sat in the living room which looks onto the fields of walkers and horses behind the town. It is about a 15 - 20 minute pleasant walk into the Cotswold town. Marion made sure that we had good instructions of how to reach their home and we had the neighbours ready to help if required, and she stayed in contact by email during our stay. Thank you Marion and Phil.”

“An amazing garden and access to a beautiful water meadow - perfect for dog walking! The property is in a great location within walking distance of the town and easy reach of Oxford and the lovely villages of the Cotswolds. The house is truly a comfortable base for exploring and relaxing!”
“The home had a very nice location with the view over the meadow and was very comfortable. It was an easy walk into town even though the outlook was rural. The owners had left helpful instructions and brochures on local activities and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. ”
