About our home

This is a detached bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac of a village. There are 3 bedrooms (one double bed, one single bed and one room with a single bed & a trundle bed), a living room, an open-plan kitchen & dining area, a sunroom and a small bathroom. We have satellite television channels and wireless internet connection. There are gardens to the front and rear. The back garden has a patio and a raised wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is one step to access the property and it is all on one level. It is suitable for anyone from families to retired couples.

Waringstown is a small village in the North of Ireland (approx 2200 people) but just 3 miles from a larger town (approx 20,000 inhabitants). 10/15 mins drive from Lough Neagh (the largest lake in Britain and Ireland), it is centrally located for touring many parts of Ireland. We are 90 mins from Dublin, 90 mins from Giants Causeway and about 35 mins from Belfast. Armagh (the Cathedral City) is 30 mins away. Most of the North of Ireland and many areas in Southern Ireland can be reached in less than 2 hours. Our village has 2 churches, a doctor's surgery, a pharmacy, a petrol station, 2 small supermarkets, a pub/restaurant with entertainment, 2 cafes, a fruit and veg shop, a butchers shop and a post office.

We have some beautiful parks and lakes nearby including Lurgan Park (the second largest public park in Ireland). There are also forests, mountains and beaches, all of which can be reached in less than one hour. There are children's activities, golfing, boating, fishing, birdwatching, walking trails, cycle routes, water sports, restaurants, theatres, shopping and cinemas within 30 mins. There are two adult bicycles and two children's bicycles available.
