About our home

A 3 bedroomed house, with two double bedrooms and a single. The rear garden is south-facing and great for the summer. The rear garden is also secluded with a 6 feet fence and access beyond the garden is through the garage. It's very clean and comfortable. In terms of location, it's between Nottingham and Derby. The train station is approximately 300 metres walking distance and buses run directly outside the front to both main towns. The nearest airport is about 10 to 15 minutes drive - East Midlands Airport. So, there's easy access to the Peak District as well as local attractions such as museums and stately homes - Kedleston Hall for example. If you like to drive, the house is 5 minutes from the M1, the major motorway in the UK and so the UK is easily accessible.
