As it is our home it has all of the modern amenities and many extras, including fibre wifi and smart wiring to most rooms, that we are currently investing in it (renovations to be completed autumn 2019) to make it a comfortable haven for us when we are not travelling. We will have a great kitchen with a range cooker and entertaining area looking out to the garden through bifold doors plus a American style fridge freezer for those all important drinks after a days sight seeing. A laundry, a modern bathroom and fully fitted bedrooms. The lounge is comfortable with a large tv, smart tv recorder with netflix when you need to recharge those batteries. The back garden is a peaceful haven with seperate sitting areas to catch the day/evening sun and a bbq in the summer we have a thriving vegable garden from which you can help yourself. We also have bikes that will take you along cycle tracks to Dorking or up to Box Hill, an area known for its outstanding natural beauty, and most importantly the local pubs/coffee shops and restaurants located in Leatherhead which is a 5 minute cycle away. We are 40 minutes by train to London and an hour to the south coast (Brighton). Car exchange is offered.
