Newly renovated 4 bed house Royal Tunbridge Wells

Our home is newly rennovated with four bedrooms, two en suite and a family bathroom. There is a garden with climbing frame and plenty of parking in the drive way. We are a short walk in to the historic town of Tunbridge Wells as well as 40 miles from London to the north or Hastings and other seaside resorts to the south. There is also a nearby train station which can take you to London or the coast.

Our downstairs is open plan with a new kitchen, bi fold doors to the garden as well as a large tv room/ plat room for the children. We have lots of toys, our children are 7, 4 and 2.

Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, bunk beds, a nursery with cot and two double bedrooms.

We also have a cat who ideally could stay for the swap although for longer swaps could be put in a cattery.

I work in a school and have long holidays. We are keen for our children to travel the world but we are also keen to visit other parts of the UK and Ireland. We can swap within a couple of hours drive for the weekend or further afield in half term and the holidays.

On occasion we are also able to do none simultaneous swaps.
