About our home

Spacious historic farmhouse set in own grounds with feature fireplaces, beams and flagstone floors. Our home is on the site of an ancient Iron Age settlement. Family friendly, children very welcome. The accommodation is divided into 4 bed farmhouse with 1 bed guest wing in old granary with own kitchen and sitting room. Main house has large reception areas and a huge kitchen.
Visit the nearby Roman town of Dorchester or the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. Explore the surrounding award winning Jurassic coast and stunning countryside. Take a day trips to London, Bath and Stonehenge. Horse riding, sailing, fishing, quadbiking, cycling all available locally.

  1. We are a couple in our forties with three children Zara 6, Ben 12 and Hugo 15..

  2. Roger has a career in property and Lucy is a performing arts and celebrity photographer.

  3. We enjoy time with our friends, good food and wine, our horses and very small flock of sheep, the countryside, and culture. We are family friendly and welcome children to our home.
