About our home

We would like to exchange our comfortable, recently renovated traditional London house. We have mixed contemporary with a vintage twist in places.

Our house is on 3 floors. On the ground floor you enter into a a stylish hall. We have a sitting room with sofa and television. We have a wood burning stove in this room. There is a large modern kitchen-diner. We have an island with four stools and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen/dining area leading down to another living area overlooking the pretty garden through bi-fold sliding doors. You can watch TV whilst relaxing on our comfy giant FatBoy beanbag. There is a separate utility room and WC.

On the first floor we have the teenagers' bedrooms. Our son's room is modern with a raised loft-style bed and a television. Our 2 daughters each have a double bed (140cm) and their rooms have a more 'shabby chic' look. There is also a full-sized bath and toilet in our contemporary, relaxing bathroom. We have a spare bedroom with a single bed on this floor.

We have recently added a second floor. This is our bedroom (king size comfortable double bed) with an en-suite shower room. We have family storage areas up here.

We have a pretty 80' garden with a deck overlooking a playing field which can be accessed through a small gate at the bottom of the garden. There is a trampoline for younger children. Our garden is peaceful and perfect for enjoying the afternoon and early evening sun (yes the sun does shine in Lon
