About our home

We have recently moved to the beautiful & historic village of Dunchurch. We are just outside the town of Rugby - our village is quiet but a five minute walk will put you in the heart of the village where there are 3 local pubs, takeaway restaurants and tea rooms etc.
Dunchurch is surrounded by farms and other village but conveniently located close to the M1 & M6 motorway.
Open plan living areas with spacious high ceilings make this house different from the rest. New kitchen, bathrooms and amazing location for visiting the Midlands and London area. 10 minutes drive to Rugby train station - 50mins train to London, 25mins to Birmingham.
Our house is a 1970's style build, with a large garden ideal for BBQ's. The decor is in progress - we are updating everything as soon as we get the time and money!
