About our home

We bought our home last November and have completely refurbished it. It is in an ideal location for exploring Scotland and is a 30 second walk to the beach with amazing river views. We are based in Broughty Ferry, a small seaside village and in an excellent area with the best city park for children a 2 minute walk and Broughty Ferry Castle also on our doorstep. We have recently completed a loft conversion which is a great space with it's own ensuite shower room. Open fireplace in main bedroom, woodburning stove in open plan living kitchen etc. Playroom for kids. We have 3 large TV's with satellite channels and 2 xbox consoles. Everything done to a high standard which is why we have no money left and need to do a house swap to get a holiday! We have six beds plus four flip down cube beds suitable for little ones but we do have two offices that could take beds if needed..

Pre-eminent Open golf courses of St Andrews and Carnoustie are 10-20 mins away.

The Cairngorms National Park and Glenshee are day trips away for skiing and other adventure and wildlife activities whereas the Sidlaws and other pristine outdoor areas are even closer.
