We are 10 minutes out of Eastbourne Town Centre in area known as Willingdon Trees. It is a family based estate with schools nearby.
The village of Hampden Park is a 20 min walk (15 mins for my husband as he has longer legs!), where there are local shops & train station. There is a lovely park called Hampden Park with children's play area, ponds, wooded walk areas & lots of birds to feed.
We have direct routes for buses within 5 min walk from the house. Local train station is only 20 min walk away. Nothing takes more than 15 mins to get to really (obviously depending on traffic at peak times of the day).
We are a 40 min car or train ride to Brighton. Hastings is nearby. London is 90 minutes by train.
Eastbourne is a lovely town with fantastic seafront & beach. Great links to the South Downs countryside for walks & country drives.
I am a full time housewife & mother to our 2 year old daughter. My husband works in Eastbourne town centre for a large company making baked goods.
We have a large allotment plot nearby, where we try to attend to as much as we can. I am of Maltese descent on my mothers side & we love to visit my family there as much as we can.
We enjoy walking, gardening, swimming & spending as much time homemaking & with each other as we can.
