About our home

A stylish townhouse in a exclusive gated setting right on the waterfront. Lies along the natural setting of the Sussex heritage coastline, the newly-created marina offers a magnificent base to visit some of the best cruising grounds in the world. Its 24 hour access to the sea makes it a magnet for sailors with the Mediterranean and major European Channel ports in France, Holland and Belgium within easy cruising distance.

It's official, Eastbourne is the sunniest UK resort (Telegraph, March 2009). With over 2,000 hours of sunshine in 2009, Eastbourne's unique coastal position sheltered by the South Downs makes for a wonderful sunny and dry micro-climate.
Eastbourne is bursting with so many things to see and do; you might want to extend your visit to fit more in. There are plenty of places to visit and fun things to do for all ages. Explore the area's history , discover 1066 castles , museums and art galleries, relax and enjoy the views of Beachy Head or our parks and gardens, sample the local produce from our vineyards and farmers markets, enjoy fun filled trips to the seaside or South Downs National Park , spend the day shopping, then soak up the local atmosphere in one of our many restaurants, wine bars or traditional pubs .
By train it takes about 1h30 to travel to Eastbourne from London Victoria station.
Ideal as a day out for the whole family, The Waterfront has an impressive range of shops, galleries, boat-sales, cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a unisex hair studio, boat tours and charters.

Take a stroll around the labyrinth of paths and walkways that make up this stunning harbour development and discover a range of diverse architecture, wildlife, bridges, beach walks and boats that are all truly unique and vibrant.
