About our home

Our house is in the Portobello area of city, 20 minutes from centre by bus, 100 metres walk from beach and promenade. Huge rooms, lots of period charm, decorated in 'vintage chic' style.

Pub with good food and a nice cafe at the end of our street on the prom, sandy beach, other restaurants and take-aways nearby.

1 minute walk to friendly local shops and excellent bus connection every 5 minutes to city centre.

Facilities include:

Huge master bedroom with double bed, child's room with single bed, child's room with small double bed, library room with double bed, piano and double sofa bed (so we can sleep max 9)

Three immaculate bathrooms, two with showers, one with bath.

Large family kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher and dining table.
Central heating.

Toys and books suitable for children
Spacious living room with TV/DVD. Wireless broadband internet.

Private, secluded and walled rear garden with enclosed trampoline.

House is quiet and tidy and cleaned every week by a cleaner.

Edinburgh has many festivals including the world-famous Edinburgh International Festival in August. Countryside, historic houses and the Highlands all within 1.25 hours drive.
