Bright and spacious second floor flat in Victorian building (built in 1870s) with many original features. Antique rugs and furniture. Two double bedrooms and one child's bedroom (with cot), large kitchen dining room, living room, bathroom with power shower. Separate laundry room with washing machine and airer.
Children are welcome, no pets, no smoking in flat.
(NB no lift, no television, no microwave).
In quiet residential street in walking distrance of central Edinburgh attractions (approx 1.5km from Princes Street). The street is a cul-de-sac with a central garden and very child friendly. There are small supermarkets, shops and restaurants within less than five minutes walk.
