About our home

Hi we live in a third floor flat that forms part of a traditional Edinburgh tenement building over 100 years old. Our homely, bright flat enjoys spectacular open views of the city skyline from east to west.

It's a very spacious one-bedroom flat with a wonderful living room and bay window affording great views. The living room also has a 32" TV with cable, DVD and wifi.

The bedroom has a king size bed and our neighbourhood is very quiet and always gives us a good night's sleep.

We have a newly renovated bathroom with an electric shower and bathtub.

We love hanging out in our kitchen and it's really a living area. It comfortably sits four people with all of the necessary kitchen acessories. You may even get a some homemade bread on your arrival!

There is also an office which doubles up as a music room. Feel free to play the guitars!

There is a really quaint shared stairwell and a very large shared garden.

Located in Shandon this is a very convenient area about 2 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre.

You can walk to the city centre in 25 minutes along the Union Canal or through the leafy streets of Polwarth. We have a beautiful park just 5 minutes around the corner, Harrison Gardens, and some really great pubs within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

There is also a large Sainsburys 7 minutes walk away and smaller shops closer by.

One of this flat’s main attractions is its proximity to the City Centre. There are frequent buses from just outside the flat all going to the city centre and also an airport bus heading out of the city that takes 35 mins.

All in all we have lived here for 5 years and absolutely love it.

Delighted to discuss any queries you have about the flat.
