About our home

Our 1850's ground floor stone built tenement 2 bedroom flat is situated 1.5 miles from centre of Historic Edinburgh. Described as the festival city, Edinburgh is Scotlands cultural and financial capital. Our city centre property is tastefully furnished throughout, with period features, boasts two shower rooms, large kitchen, two generous sized bedroom and a large communal rear garden with private entrance. We also have a very effective gas central heating and hot water system. Local amenities include many pubs and restaurants and a impressive public transport system.
Close to Arthur's Seat, a great climb for the energetic with spectacular city views as a reward.
Princes Street and city centre shopping a mere 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.
For golfers, more than 10 golf courses are within 5 miles and the Commonwealth Swimming Pool is located at the end of the street.
