About our home

Our home is a great modern family space. We have a large open planned kitchen and dining area fitted to the highest specifications, a TV free lounge, seperate TV music fun room, seperate office guest room lounge and play room. Outside we have a patio area with BBQ, large gardens and a seperate paddock.
All interior decoration and fittings are very clean and modern and provide us with a fun and relaxing home during our family time together.

Khamal and I run our own businesses here in Devon, Khamal has a domestic services company and I a green energy business.Four children, Chloe 17, Christie 11, Conran 10 and Carn 3. We value our family time together greatly and we are keen to try house swapping as we hope it will provide home from home comforts with brand new experiences for us all.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Christow has a population of about 900 people. It is very beautiful and safe and is just like the classic Devon villages you imagine with a local pub dating back 600 years, historic church directly opposite the house and wonderful walks all around, There is a local shop, post office and parks and tennis courts for the more active.
The house is set right in the middle of the village but still retains total privacy and peace whilst offering village life should you venture out (the locals are very friendly and even say hello!).
