This family home is situated close to the estuary and yacht clubs with garden and off street parking.
It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and the ground floor is open plan. The whole house is centrally heated but also a log fire in the winter sitting room
“Peters home is really lovely. It is very spacious, elegant and well equipped. Communication was very friendly and timely. The location is perfect, close enough to the local town to walk in but not so close to feel 'urban'. A great base for trips to the forest and also the coast. Lots of choice for places to eat...but also great cooking and dining facilities in the house. Highly recommended.”
“We had the most excellent experience from our points swap with Peter and Georgia. They were, from the outset, incredibly easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The impressive house was presented in a thoughtful way. We received a very warm welcome both literally and metaphorically! The location of the house is excellent and we enjoyed glorious walks along the water which is within a couple of minutes' walk. There are a couple of excellent and stylish pubs within ten minutes' walk and Lymington High Street was not much farther. We were a family of 7: two kids under 4, parents, grandparents and our dog and the house and garden were very comfortable to all of us. We spent a day at Paulton's Park which is a short 30 minute drive away and enjoyed short drives to walk in The New Forest too. We loved it. Thanks so much to Peter and Georgia for letting us stay in your beautiful home. ”
“Peter and Georgina's home provided an ideal base for our winter holiday in Hampshire. It is situated less than 5 minutes from Lymington harbour and on the edge of the New Forest offering coastal and forest walks and bike rides. Communication with Peter was easy and the house was both interesting and included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.”

This a famous yachting town on the solent with easy access to the New Forest. It has a very popular Saturday market
as well as good small and large restaurants. For families there are water sports and cycling in the New Forest as well as a very large ourdoor sea water pool with an assault course. The street is very quiet going down to the river with moorings and yacht clubs
