About our home

We are a young couple whom have just bought our first house. It is a 4 bedroom detached property, and sleeps 6 as one of the bedrooms is being used as a study. It is stylishly decorated throughout with a homely and welcoming finish. The house is spacious and consist of a large kitchen with a dining area, utility room, living room, separate dining room, small downstairs toilet, the upstairs consists of a family bathroom, three double bedrooms and a study, the master bedroom has an en-suite. The house has a large garden, which has lovely green grass. Our beautiful new home built in 2012 is on a new housing development where everybody is very friendly and neighbourly. We are located 20 minutes from Scotland’s Capital city, Edinburgh. Edinburgh has many worthwhile and beautiful tourist attractions and is a jewel of stunning architecture. We are also only 30 minutes from St Andrews the home of golf and the world famous ‘Old Course’. We are 20 minutes from Perth the Gateway to the highlands and picturesque villages such as Pitlochery, Aviemore, and the spectacular Loch Lomond and Loch Ness.
